Includes the world premiere recording of Concerto for Violin and Organ, RV808. Disc reviews "fnac.com" The publication in 2008 of The Four Seasons by Amandine Beyer and Gli Incogniti was a real event, totally renewed vision of the work, including in relation to other versions played by baroque ensembles. In their new album Vivaldi, Amandine Beyer and Gli Incogniti we offer a choice of original concertos with various colors, including two world premieres (RV 808 and RV 194), the dominant tone in C major, joyful and youthful side of Vivaldi A minor, his melancholy aspect. My heart goes out to blow the creation of novel RV 808 Concerto for organ and violin. It allows us to discover Anna Fontana (harpsichord and organ), who leaves his obscure but essential role of continuo for a dialogue full of poetry and energy with the solo violin Amandine Beyer. The two concertos traverso (baroque flute) solo with Manuel Granatiero are also real gems in softer accents and nostalgic. After alternating concertos for violin, cello and traverso (played by Marco Ceccato), the album ends as it began: a concerto for violin and organ, as in most unusual and original Vivaldi, giving rise to mixtures of color and sound very successful. Joy, tenderness, melancholy and energy, this is how all Amandine Beyer and Gli Incogniti define their last album. This season, quite exhilarating, is probably more closer to spring than winter, even in the words of its performers. Apart from the true joy of living and making music that musicians send us in this album, we discover talented soloists that are members of the ensemble Gli Incogniti. Disc reviews Jos van der Zanden "klassiekezaken" Sparkling than sparkling. Vivaldi as a raging roeland. It strikes you immediately when you hear this CD: the exceptionally fast tempos. All allegro's sound like presto, making the music an extraordinary ferocity and momentum. Sometimes the soloists (organ, cello, flute, violin) hardly keep up, they almost fly off the road. Conductor Amandine Beyer knows the whole thing however to keep on track and encourages her ensemble Gli Incogniti until very fiery Vivaldi Monumentjes. Two of them are presented as world premiere recordings, the Organ Concerto RV 808 and the Violin Concerto RV 194. Whether that is true, it is difficult to assess, but we take it gladly. It draws in any case, the use of this team, recently the musicologist Olivier FOURES attracted to ensure that many remained unknown gems among the dust be removed. Gli Incogniti does not just settle for common repertoire, but would on any new CD with some novelties come. In combination with the passionate game, and the wonderful acoustics of a church in the Portuguese Póvoa de Varzim, this leads here to a wonderful production that each Vivaldi lover will embrace. https://outhere-music.com/store-ZZT_310/Vivaldi-%E2%80%98Nuova_Stagione%E2%80%99_Concerti-Gli_Incogniti__Amandine_Beyer.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nh9DfEHtN2I -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tracks originally downloaded from http://www.qobuz.com/album/gli-incogniti-amandine-beyer-vivaldi-concerti-nuova-stagione-/3760009293106 There is no log. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Analyzed: Ensemble Gli Incogniti, Amandine Beyer / Antonio Vivaldi : Concerti « Nuova Stagione » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DR Peak RMS Duration Track -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DR13 -0.89 dB -18.42 dB 4:17 01-Concerto for Violin and Organ in C Major, RV 808: I.
